Design Optimization of the Modified Planetary Carrier

چکیده
This paper aims to design a new model of the third-stage carrier assembly used in planetary gearbox as single part component with improved strength and fatigue life properties lower production costs. First, mounting is subjected static, fatigue, modal analysis, based on obtained results, operating conditions that ensure its trouble-free operation are proposed. In next step, designs piece proposed similar analyses. The proper numerical analysis method chosen evaluate life, total deformation, von Misses stress for each model. Based these best submitted further improvement, ensuring weight reduction 5 %. last most optimal solution since maximum deformation values decreased by more than 55 %, stresses almost 38 which increased life. A comprehensive range optimized suitability use gearbox. finite element performed ANSYS.
